Our office consists of a doctor and group of technicians who strive to work hard together and provide the best possible service for our patients. We listen, communicate, and work with tons of different people; assisting each one with the care he/she deserves and needs. Patient care is our primary focus.
Dr. James Steven Randle O.D.
Steve Randle O.D. is the leading provider of optometry services and vision care products in the Amory community. He is trained to recognize diseases of the eye, such as glaucoma and cataract, as well as general health conditions such as diabetes. He wants to help you achieve and maintain a clear vision for years to come.
Christy King- Office Manager/Optical Tech
Christy is responsible for evaluating eye prescriptions, using a variety of materials and machines to create a finished eyewear product for the patient as well as examining and repairing eyewear. She also makes sure that our office’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Brooke Tubb-Insurance/Billing Specialist
Brooke inputs all insurance claims, examines and resolves each claim, while documenting actions and posting payments. She also detects any coding errors, performs the correct modifications to any payment or adjustment while assisting in managing and maintaining the efficiency of our practice.
Carol handles a wide variety of duties in every department of our facility focusing mainly on preparing patients for specific tests that will measure their eyes and vision abilities. The tests ensure the accurate diagnosis and treatment of diseased eye.
Tiffany Little-EHR Technician
Tiffany is responsible for managing and maintaining medical records, reviewing patient’s physical chart including the medical history, doctor’s notes and current medications. The privacy and security of each patient is a top priority.
Paige Murphy-Admission/Discharge Clerk
Paige answers phone, schedules appointments, gathers patient information and maintains patient records. She also assists patients in frame selection, eyeglass adjustment and contacts lens education.
